   AUTOMATIC BOILERS MAGA PU ( 25 a 50 kW )

The hot water boilers MAGA PU are intended to provide comfortable and economical heating with the use of solid fuel. Due to their modern construction our boilers offer easy maintenance comparable to gas powered boilers. They require only 5 minutes of attended operation per day. The boiler is welded from 5 mm thick steel sheets with pipe ( tubular ) exchanger. Retort burner is built into the side at bottom of the boiler with cast iron grid into which the solid fuel is delivered with the help of conveyor from storage bin.
The solid fuel storage bin is placed next to the boiler and is included in delivery.
The boiler has built in central electronic control unit – regulator, which automaticaly controls the entire operation of the boiler.
Due to this regulated control the consumption of the fuel is minimalized.
It is not necessary to start the boiler too often.
In most cases once a year start will be sufficcient.
The regulator allows for the outflow temperature adjustment of hot water for heating, control of fuel conveyor and ventilator, adjustment of parameters of smothering regime and adjustment of circulation pump. Included is an attachement for connecting a room thermostat.
During the winter time a full storage bin of fuel will last between 3 to 5 days at average output, during the summer time when preparing TUV, attended operation is required only once in 7 to 10 days.

Fuel:
wood pellets, grain & corn
Principle of burner operation in boiler.
The user ensures to fill the fuel storage bin with specified fuel. The fuel from storage bin is removed by burners conveyor. The whole proccess is controled by the regulator unit.
The heating energy is created by fuel being burned in the boiler's burner. This energy in the form of hot air is transferred in the exchanger to the water of the heating system. Meantime in the burner the residue of burned fuel is pushed out by new fuel against the exterior edge of burners plate for burn out fuel. The resaulting ashes fall through the edge of burner into the ash bin. This whole proccess occurs automatically without the need of attendance by operator. The only required attendance is to add fuel into the fuel storage bin and remove the ash from ash bin. For more economic burning and to decrease the emmissions a ceramic catalyzer is placed above the burner, which reflects the heat back into the burner. It provides for creating of lower emmissions and higher output exceeding 85%.

Emergency thermostat

It provides the safety for the heating system against overheating. It is adjusted to the temperature of 95˚ C. Once the thermostat is turned off it is necessary to manualy deblock it.

Checking of the fuel conveyor temperature

A temperature sensor extends from regulator onto the enclosure of fuel conveyor.
As long as the temperature on the conveyor exceeds the adjusted level, once the fuel was burned into the conveyor a new fuel is automaticaly pushed into the boiler from fuel storge bin.

Emergency fuse and extinguishing system

An emergency fuse is located inside the fuel storage bin in case the fuel burnes through into the fuel storage bin. It will activate itself and releases the water on the fuel in the fuel storage bin. The water is stored in the water container located at the back side of the fuel storage bin.
